First up we have the Sillies 1st baseman, Ryan Dave Howard Kingman at 130 k's, 261 BA, 26 HR's
Next we have the Rays 1st baseman, Calos Pena at 138 k's , 215 BA, 27 HR's
My money is Howard. He is trailing but I have faith he will pull through in the end......he always does.
edit....Between these two players.....Steve!

He's not one of the choices.

OK, I got it...
Don't mess up the question by spewing facts!

the Cgirls and Mets..It has been what.....decades since either one of them won anything.
Would you be thinking that come Aug you would be done with talking Met smack and off talking about how Howard, who is outhitting the entire
Met lineup, would be striking out a lot?
I would insert a fancy Met stat here, but does it really matter? You all are out of it. Good luck fending off the Nats!

What? You don't understand the question? I never said anythng about the rest of the league. My question was out of the the two players which one will get there first.
Btw stain, are you still spelling Jayson Werth, "Jason Worth" like you did a while back??
Kingbandwagon doesn't even know how to spell "his" team players names.
Get your excuses ready stain, the Yucs are almost ready for kickoff

No players matched your search criteria.
No, I haven't seen Worth's stats. Who is Worth?
He really needs to pick it up if he's gonna catch Pena.

Howard is a good hitter...Kingman was for many years too. Sexson was good too. In the end, it will be a close race as to who was the better of the three.
As of yesterday, he is 69th on the active leaderboard for strikeouts, with not one younger player ranked ahead of him, an achievement that should not be overlooked with the late start to his career.
Watch out Bay! He is gaining on you!~
67. Jason Bay (30) 835 R
Brian Giles (38) 835 L
69. Ryan Howard (29) 826 L
Kevin Millar (37) 826 R
Howard is also ranked number 365 for the all-time strikeout leaderboard!
Poor Eddie Joost is soon to be passed over.
