Anyone up for a German States attribution challenge?

This silver 1584 (Kreuzer?) is approximately 27mm, and I'll be darned if I can figure it out. I can usually hold my own in German States attributions, but this one has me stumped.

Can anyone out there help?

I'm working from a scan of a photocopy of the coin, but hopefully enough detail is present...

Thanks in advance!

    Thanks!

So at 27mm, this would most likely be a Stuber (21 Heller, or 1/56 Thaler) then?

(I ask, because the 1584 Julich-Cleve-Berg 1/2 Stuber shown here is slightly different.)

Saurma lists it as a 'Zwolfer'

I had to look it up...

From Frey's 'A Dictionary of Numismatic Names'

"Zwolfer or Pfundner, A silver Groschen of the value of twelve Kreuzer, struck by Ferdinand I(1521-1564) for Tyrol, Carinthia, and Styria. It was copied by William de Bronckhorst of Batenbourg(1556-1573), and by Michael Apafi for Transylvania."
