Lost in limbo?

I assume PSA is a little behind due to the National, but my order was received on the 30th but hasn't been logged in yet. If I recall correctly, the last $4.50 special had the same problem with orders received at the end of the month. Anyone else having trouble getting an order logged in?

Yep, I'm waiting on a last minute one to be logged in also. However, my previous sub that was received popped today after only 4-5 days.

I've had the reverse happen. One logged 7/8 not popped yet, another logged 7/28 and popped 3 days later. Same type of cards, approx. same order size.

Nope. Sent 2 subs on Friday at the deadline. Both received today, and both logged in today.

I'm still waiting on my delivery from the first to show up.

If given a choice, I'd like to see my grades from my 7/27 delivery first.

I turned 2 submissions in at the National on Friday (the 31st) and neither have been entered into the system yet. It's taking a little longer than I thought, but I'm not toooo worried about it yet. I'll probably call Monday if they're not there yet.

I PMed Carol about my order and this was the reply.

If it hasn't been logged in yet then it is probably in line waiting to be opened. It is not unusual to have packages back up when we get back from an onsite show or at the end of the month when we have run a popular special.

If there was a problem with the order it would be in the system and you would see a receive hold notation on the order.

If you are concerned if we have gotten your package you should contact customer service with the tracking number and they can let you know if it is in the building just waiting to be opened.

My sub was received on Tuesday, 8/4, but has not yet been logged in...I was becoming a little concerned till I read here that others have had a lag time, too. Usually, my subs are logged in the same day or the day after being received. Guess this week is backed up due to the National.

I did 2 subs while at the National... one on Saturday & one on Sunday. The Sunday sub logged early last week, the Saturday sub still hasn't logged.

My order is not logged in either. I might have screwed myself. I was under the impression that GU cards were covered under the special. Well, I was wrong and they asked if I wanted to put them under the $6.00 special and charge my $16.50 to ship 4 cards back to me. I told them no and to send the 4 cards back to me ungraded with the rest of my 103 card submission. I assume this will hold my order up now for weeks.

My large submission was received today as well. I messed up and sent two Playoff cip Shots not realizing the special said no coins.

Now I have to pay $14.00 per to have both of them graded plus $16.50 shipping. My fault completely though.
