1986 Topps Patrick Roy PSA 10-- pop 1?

I ran across this auction today and the seller claims this is the only PSA 10. Is it really a pop 1? Seems strange since Topps is usually much easier to find mint vs OPC (and there are several PSA 10 OPC RCs of his).

    Yes, he is right its a POP 1. First one ever graded!

    Just checked, he's right unless PSA has screwed up their website, it says there is just one.

    Looks legit - I've bought from the seller before - he's legit.
    Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.
