Don't know the company, but off the top of my head I would say don't make the mistake by using them, they can't compare to PSA and BGS. I would imagine MGS stands for "Mistake Grading Service"
I would just stick with PSA and BGS, never looked into SGC, but I think they would be better than MGS from what i've heard....
SGC is just as good as PSA especially in pre-WWII cards.
In my opinion, you should stick with PSA, SGC and BVG/BGS. All others are inferior.
Edited to add the following:
I just googled it, and MGS stands for "Mint Grading Service". This could basically mean "Everything we grade is mint". It looks like they're on par with PRO Grading, or perhaps more well-known BCCG. It looks to me that MGS is a "bottom-tier" grading service, and anything in their holder is worth nowhere near what a similarly graded PSA/SGC/BVG/BGS card is worth, or even worse, worthless!
My advice is to STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE from them!
