Stupid Question About PM's

Really weird thing happening here and not sure what's going on.
A member here (84Mattingly) has sent me a PM to do with needing my address to send some miscuts my way and I have made two attempts to send a PM back with both not showing up as sent. I don't see an option of sending PM's and not allowing any back. All I see is Allow Private Messages Off or On. Every other PM I send is going through so anyone got a clue?
