How long does it take to go from Cleaned to Not Cleaned, answer inside

I guess it takes about 1 yr, or perhaps as long as it takes to crack open the NCS and get the coin to PCGS.

Bought for $1,265.00
Sold for $1,207.50
Can't say I see a whole lot of difference in the two coins. The main difference is the overall brightness of the image, which kind of screws up direct comparisons between the two.
