I saw this piece, and the 1806 obverse brockage at Kagin's table during last year's ANA in Baltimore. The obverse (also still in inventory) is a B-1, while the reverse is a B-2. As Stone mentions, they are also pictured in the Tompkins book on early quarters. I believe the last owner, a forum member here, sold the pair to Kagin's. They are very nice errors to view in person. I have a small tab brockage, but nothing dramatic like these special ones.
Searching for bust quarters.....counterstamps, errors, and AU-MS varieties, please let me know if you can help.
