This have a shot at a 10?

I see the fish-eye on the bottom border, and not sure if the light dusting on his neck is the card or case. Thoughts?

I think the fisheye alone drops it from a 10, no?

This is open to interpretation (re: fish eye) - straight from PSA's grading standards.
"must be free of staining of any kind, but an allowance may be made for a slight printing imperfection, if it doesn't impair the overall appeal of the card."

I've seen fisheyes like that on PSA 10's. I think it's probably worth two crack and resubs, but no more.

The fisheye is fine but the snow will keep it out of a 10 holder.

I don't know that card...that fisheye could be pretty standard. It's a good looking card.

Yeah - the speckles make me hesitate more than the fish eye to be honest. Wish I could look at it in person.
