Odd thing is, Roger Clemens is not the list for some reason.
<< <i>Well, I would like to see him leave only because he sucks now and can't hit. Make room for someone else.

I always enjoy your reporting style threads but I gotta say this ranks up there with some of the most foolish threads EVER
I would have been more inclined to see your point if you said 80-85% of MLB should quit BB.

Over 50 percent of these guys are users. Just watch a little tape of the guys who played baseball in
the 60's and 70's. Take a look at Mickey Rivers, Bud Harrelson, Mark Belanger, and especially the South
American's like Roberto Clemente and others. They're all skinny as rails.
Now look at all the South American players. I'd say 90 percent or more of the Latinos are users. They're
all huge. South American guys aren't big. They aren't born that way.
Do you like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts

To us the game is entertainment...to the professional players it's first and foremost about the money...always has been, always will be...yes, the team effort and charity work and all that comes into play after the contract and is important to a team's success on and off the field...but as long as somebody pays him to play, and the money satisfies him, then he will play. Case closed.
