1D=One Dollar
It's a third world slabber.
If you can not tell how good the coin is and whether it is cleaned, you have no business thinking about this coin/trade

...or con/trick, depending on how you want to look at it.

If it's their Dollar and your mower, tell em you need to keep the mower.

This is a basement slabber. Made up company, chinese slabs and a nice label printer. That coin is no more an MS66 than I am Eleanor Roosevelt. Run away from this one....

I do this with all slabbed coins. Doesn't every sophisticated collector?

If you are buying coins from images, you can gain some comfort in accuracy from PCGS, NGC, and ANACS. All others you really should treat as if they were raw and optimistically graded.
With high-end MS coins, PCGS is the most accurate and most consistent. However, you still need to buy the coin rather than the holder.
