Looks like some impressive prices realized at the Stacks sale - looking forward to their perspective.

Wait a minute .... am I day dreaming again?
<< <i>I hate to disappoint you guys, but I am not at the Stack's auction. I would however be willing to write a report about my daughter's recital this afternoon if you'd like. >>
music or dance? My 4 y/o just had one of each in the last three months and had a blast

Music. We did the ballet thing a few years ago, but some idiot* accidentally filmed the Nutcracker in "night vision" on the video camera, so all the girls came out light green.
* That would be me.
Yikes - You in tights - dancing around I would never have thought that about you John. Whatever works for you man - we all need some outlet right.

For the avoidance of any confusion, it was my daughter who did the dancing - I'm the guy who was filming her in green.

The mental image will torment me for years, I'm sure.
<< <i>You lazy sacs - why aren't you there??

If it makes you feel any better, I shot 40 on the front nine this morning.

I heard it was because he was dancing in his tights and his daughter turned green.

I was outbid on all my lots in the internet prebidding.
So, when does the CRO show hit the road??
<< <i>FYI, Julian is buying some stuff, maybe he'll write a report! >>
I was not there either, but I hope that all the forum bidders were successful and the consignors happy!!
I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

John and Tim- Crappy scores for clays. I'm surprised you posted them. I didn't know Julian shot?
CRO= call regarding order?

If you were trying to hit clays with a 5 iron, you're score would suffer too.
John in tights.....I'll have to try and find that picture of Rick Kay in the shower cap.

As I PM'ed Tim, my 40 sucked, and included an L Wedge bladed neatly over the green into a hedge, and resulting in a nice 8 on an otherwise handy round.
Come to FUN and play with Boiler, John and myself - I hear you've got a pretty good game.
After all, I am in MOURNING over my Cleveland Indians. As Tim Brown of Yahoo! Sports joked; "Running out of former Indians Cy Young Award winners to trade, Shapiro talks Nats into taking Gaylord Perry for two mid-level prospects."
Drove 40 min to the auction only to realise I left my briefcase with all my bid prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!
very sad drive home!
Hopefully bowers can give me my fix!

I'm playing tomorrow at a local club. For some reason I have been shanking my sand wedge whenever I hit it from the fairway (which is a little embarassing). I have taken to hitting the dreaded half PW instead.
