    i remember it as well. jameson for me tonight. i also had some french/belgian ale to start. too sweet for my taste.

    also cooked up a stew, carrots, potatoes, mushies, onions, mushroon broth, corn, rosemary, oregano, and some jameson to sweeten the deal. it will cook on low all night until tomororw, 104 today where i am but higher eleveation means cool nights.

    Not a vegetarian per se, I do enjoy meat. I love sushi, sashimi, and ceviche. It all depends on where it came from. Meat is not an every day meal for me.

    Crabbing season starts in a little bit. There will be some meat in the stew soon enough.

    Is tasty food conversation banned from the coin boards?

    I went to culinary school so good food cov is always a fun thing.


    Today I made some pulled pork and homeade sauce and fries... Threw it on a Keiser roll and topped it with cheddar and pepperjack. Hit the frickin spot!!!

    oh i used to drink baileys over ice all the time a few years back. last year i lived in ireland it it was mostly guinness, jameson, and smithwicks for me. except when i was in cork, then the murphys started to pour.

    jameson has been the common denominator throughout.

    wow, soup can only taste that good after a 6 hour operation. and yet i did it while i was doing whatever else i would normally do. i threw some jalepenos in for some spice. forgot to mention that. i may have irish roots but i am from the americas after all.

    Oh man, there is nothing in the world like some good crab and a big bowl of garlic butter to dip it in! Yummmmmmm!!!
