So he carries an unlicensed firearm into a nightclub (that he apparently wasn't qualified to safely use) and then accidentally discharges it into his own leg. Unlicensed firearm>concealed in nightclub>discharges firearm> and then wants no or little punishment for this? Is this guy off his rocker in thinking/requesting that there will be little or no legal consequences for something of this nature? And now it looks like Antonio Pierce is facing the same type charges, except he didn't discharge his weapon. Just makes me shake my head....

If Plaxico goes to prison for 1 to 2 years, as I believe he should AND will, what kind of market will there be for him when he comes out? Plaxico is currently 31 and will turn 32 on August 12. Let's say he comes back when he is 34 or even 35. I don't think he'll command a huge salary, if any. Talk about millions of dollars down the drain. Quite unfortunate.
