Good Day,
Long story short, few weeks back I flip flop two items by accident. (Send two items to the opposite Buyers) Buyer skgbhp contacts me and tells me. I tell him to just keep wrong item and do whatever with it. I explain that I will contact buyer "B" and ask for his item to be sent back to me and when I get it will ship out to him. In the meantime I am Refunding his money and even when I get item will give the item for free & ship for free. ($12.00 item).
So I refund skgbhp his money. I contact Buyer B and refund their money (Plus extra to ship skgbhp's item back to me), and send them the correct item that I have multiples of, he says he will ship skgbhp's item to me. Two days later skgbhp pays me again and tells me "He has to have Card". So I let a week and a half go by no item from Buyer B, send several E-mails, no answer. So I am not going to get item back from Buyer B it seems.
Last night I refund skgbhp his money again and explain again that Buyer B apparently is not returning item, so I don't have it to send to him. He e E-Mails me back..."again not good enough, I needed that card, Negative is coming!!!" and then files a Not Recieved Item on me with Fee-Bay!!! I have already Refunded his money Twice!!!
WTF...How am I supposed to send an Item I Don't Have!!!!

You'll get the negative, people will understand. You have a good following, don't worry too much about it.
I wonder if PayPal will allow you to keep the funds for this transaction? Considering you tried to refund twice and both times it was refused.
