Both look to be MS64, but the first is better. The toning looks pretty nice on both.

Both 64.

The hairlines above the ear looks decent on both for "O" mint Morgans. Those hairlines are usually mush.

I was debating on sending them in along with a few others.

I think they all range from MS63 to 64

How about sending them all in, we know you want to.

Personally I think it would be cool to have a tube of 20 toners. Takes up a lot less space than 20 slabs.

I would agree based on all the morgans I've submitted over the years. The cheeks alone are so important and will keep it at 63, maybe even 62. JMO.
