Cards to charity?

So I have a boat-load of 1986-1990 cards (as we all do I'm sure). I was going to burn them, but recall several threads about giving them to charities / boys clubs etc. Anyone know of any clubs like that do in fact take stuff like that? I'm pretty rural unfortunately (near Madison, WI) so obv. some travel is acceptable otherwise it's match time.

Thou it would be great if someone could get some joy from the cards in lieu of me using them to illuminate my skyline.

Thought I would add that local teachers might appreciate them as well. Last year I started sending them to various teachers to give out as rewards to the students and the response was positive.

I tried donating my cards but the local hospitals wouldn't accept them. I ended up giving them to Goodwill and taking the tax deduction.

    Great way to liquidate.
