I sent the seller a question asking, Would it be possible to see a larger photo of the coin please? Their reply: That's the best photo I have and it's real.
For some reason I am less than convinced.
I also replied to her and said: OK. I'm doing to ask my friend Don WIllis, the President of PCGS, about this because I've never seen them before.
OK, I see whre the last identical one sold on Jul 21, 2009, just a coincidence that buyer happen to leave feedback when the other auction was prematurely ended.
Nope! Check the feedback....the feedback went to three (3) and canon47 bought the coin for min. bid.
How is this possible, feedback left minutes after the auction closed?
What the heck is going on here!!!!! >>
The same seller had another one, and the auction ended for it on 7/21. The feedback you are referring to was for that one and not for this one that ended on 7/28. The one that ended on 7/28 did not sell due to having no bids.
I see that you discovered that. I guess I need to read every post.
If you noticed, the previous one that sold, the NY mint piece, and this one that didn't sell....all the same cert number. Looks like the seller has perfected coin cloning...

It says PCGS right in the title and on the holder itself.

That wouldn't explain why both images have a shadow (or reflection) below the slab.

Well... I didn't want to accuse New York Mint of lifting a photo off an ebay seller with a feedback of only 2....
