Help me out w/International Shipping

OK, I've got a guy who is looking to purchase a collectable game from me. Problem is, he lives in France and the game has a value in the $140 - $200 range. And he wants me to use USPS for shipping and take Paypal for the payment.

So... what method should I use for shipping that will protect me and also minimize his costs?

I should mention that this guy has a rating of 568 and 100% positives (yeah, I know, buyers can't get negs anymore).

So, all you international shippers, what should I do?

If I'm reading it right, for a 3lb 12"x10"x5" package, that's like $86. Is that the only option?

plus... to quote one of Storm's previous posts:

"Under the current PayPal scheme, EXPRESS Mail is the only
bulletproof method, if sellers want to be covered by the PP
    "Seller Protection Plan."

The cost to most countries is just under $30, and includes
    the first $100 of insurance.

Sellers not willing to lose their merch to a bogus INR claim
should NEVER ship internationally w/o using EXPRESS Mail."

Here's an International Shipping Calculator that might be helpful!

    Hi Tabe,

Global Express Guaranteed provides "date-certain" delivery to most international destinations in 1 to 3 business days.

Express Mail International provides estimated delivery to most international estinations in 3 to 5 business days.

    I would choose EMI.

    PayPal luvs EMI.

The "date certain delivery" on the GEG level is not worth the extra cost,
    in most circumstances.
