Has anyone else noticed Stack's website is way out of kilter?

They reverted to their old webpage format and I've been having a dickens of a time figuring out if an order I placed ever even went through. It appears I still have my money in my banking account, but that means they still have the coin.


edit2: I just talked to these idiots at Stack's. They don't have a clue. They care nothing about taking any kind of responsibility, no customer skills, etc. I see where ebay is getting their ideas.

They had a new website, but apparently had way too many problems with it and reverted to the old site. You cannot bid on auctions now, and I lost all my watched auctions and had to redo them. Obviously there is turmoil at Stacks with all the people coming and going and it seems to have spilled over into the website.

seems like stacks suddenly went way downhill w/ the removal of harvey stack. they are gonna just try to be a heritage clone, i guess

They should not try to outdo Heritage, they should have just kept things the way they were. Yes, the personnel changes around there are not a good thing. Next thing you know they will show QDB the door. That might be my lucky day, what with capital and a call to him!

my nerve, turns out they decided to hit my debit card for their money on Tuesday, ...then again Wednesday for the same amount. Needless to say, my bank account is in shock.

Thanks a lot you schitt-for-brains at Stack's.

ed.- and Yes, they blame the computer switchovers and whatnot for the lost accounts and lost orders, and duplicated orders in my case, it's never any person's fault you know.

Well I was rather chaffed that they lost all my placemarks on today's auction. Bunch of idiots. I am waiting for QDB to jump ship while the jumping is still good.
