I got a 1901-o vam 22a die gouge below date In ToDay.
according to vamworld it should have a C3c rev,
mine has a C4/C3 rev 2 olive reverse.

Is vamworld Wrong???

Hard to say. That obverse could be paired with another reverse, especially since the reverse description contains those three little words, "some specimens show." Best thing to do would be to post pics of the date with gouge and then of the reverse mintmark and olives, if not to VAMWorld's discussion board, then here.
