Happy 42nd. At 42 I was still running marathon's in the 2:40's, just a few minutes off my best. At 52 now I've traded running for chasing kids so I'm not as fit but my life of fitness is paying huge dividends now. It's around 50 where many start slowing down and losing healthy vigor. In your 40s is a good time to focus on fitness for the future. Here is a nice honestly worn colonial, kindo like you and I will be at 92. --Jerry
