It's an MS66RD. This coin is indicative of how tight things are at PCGS right now. This is better than my 1939-D and 1939-S MS67RD's, and better than any MS66RD coin I own or have owned! Not a speck of carbon on either side, just a few very tiny toning spots, which in my opinion are far preferable than having ugly black carbon spotting. The luster is out of this world, and marks are very, very minimal.
