I started re-shooting with a Nikon PK-3 (27.5) extension tube. It really cuts down on the glare.

And here's another error I also posted a while back. The consensus was that a piece of thread was left from a cloth used to clean the dies and it got stamped into the coin. You can see it go from the cheek back to the feathers, then all the way down to the date.

The coin is definitely not worth the cost of the TrueView these days. I was going to send it end to replace the cracked slab and figured what the heck. Let Phil take a look at it.
