Where to sell gold and silver at a fair price in Hampton Roads Virginia area?

Willing to travel 2 hours from Norfolk/Virginia beach area. All the places here are getting over on the customer by only paying a dollar under spot for silver and barely spot on Slabbed first strike buffaloes.

My dream solution would be to open up a B & M here in Virginia Beach and give some relief to the hardworking and honest people of the Hampton Roads region.

Its a shame the few B & M's here are all in bed togethor.
