Those remind me of engraving work by H. Alvin Sharpe, the inventor of the aluminum Mardi Gras doubloon throw. Does it say H.A.S. anywhere on them?
Edited to add: I'm pretty well convinced these are H. Alvin Sharpe designs. He's got a signature style.
