I was just thinking this could be a Boom's Birthday Bash, and Labor day rolled into one.

Ajia's Birthday bash is good for me too. image

    Coin Swap!

You know, it can be as simple as a $50 -$100 surprise swap of nice raw coins.

This DOES NOT have to complicated or extravagant.

It's been a while since I've participated so count me in on this one.

I'd really love to swap with someone that has PCGS dimes (Rosies, Seated or Bust) but I'm open to anything of course.

    Thanks,
    Millertime

Hendrixcat, though you apparently have been able to post to these boards for 8 years now,
this is my first encounter with you. As such, as is the case with everyone who wishes to be considered
you first must furnish me with your real name and personal contact information, from email address
(working email address) to Home address and working telephone number. Please see previous swap
    requirements!

Above and beyond this, to be considered for participation, for the "Good" of the entire Group you,
in all likelihood, as has been the case with several before you, MUST furnish me with PCGS and or
NGC certified coins of a value, to be determined by ME, which will be held as Surety/ Escrow until
which time you have proven yourself to be a worthy and trustworthy swapper.

This IS IN NO WAY PERSONAL as I do not know you, at all! Feel free to ask anyone that is considered
an established "elder" swapper whether or not that which I am hereby stating is common practice.
After you furnish me with your information and inform me of your particular collecting interests and
"comfort-zone" (money-wise), I will then contact you to better know you and to verify the information
provided. At that point I will then make a decision whether or not to grant you permission to participate
AND whether or not you need to furnish Surety or Escrow coins.

If you know any of the Regulars, feel free to ask them whether or not this is common practice AND what
exactly facilitated needs for such requirements.

I look forward to the required information and communication with you.

    Best,

    BOOM ~

P.S. - This public post has been sent to Hendrixcat verbatem via PM .

***Hendrixcat HAS NOT provided the required info and is EXCLUDED from participation until he does!***

Boomer- I have to si this one out, with work being as hectic as it is right now and I'm a travelin man(I'll be in New Orleans next week dude!) I have very little time these days to go hunting for coins to do in a swap.

When things slow down a bit after labor day...

I am going to sit out as well. As much as I like the swaps, there's a tag box on its way to me and I can only handle a bit at a time. I'll have some extras by the time the next swap comes around. Thanks for organizing(again).
    I collect circulated U.S. silver

The swap theme is to honor Labor Day.

    We have 6 swappers.

    I am sitting out.

Let's keep this simple. Any questions concerning guidelines, ask elder swappers
in the event I am away or out of town for the Vegas thing.

    These are the pairings.

    Lonelyp swaps with Aija

    Eggbone swaps with Millertime

    Slinc swaps with rons.

Keep it simple, be fair and TRY to have fun.

If all else fails just agree to a $50-$100 Surprise swap
and don't forget to communicate and post your Delivery Conf #s.

Enjoy & treat each other well.

    I'm outta here. image
