I received my Silver Proof Sets today ...

... checked them out ... they were problem free ... and immediately canceled my subscription.

If I buy any proof sets next year they will be the non-silver type. I'm glad the states/districts/territories/ commonwealths series of quarters is finally over.
All glory is fleeting.

    Why is the mint stopping production of them?

    Nope. They have become too expensive and are secondary market duds.

    According to our President. We have 59 States... He traveled to 57 and had Alaska and Hawaii

    To the OP, I received my subscription today, and didn't find anything to get excited over... a DDO proof Lincoln sure would have made my day.
