Is This 1994-D Quarter Anything Special?

With my recent Dino-Lite purchase I'm attempting to go through all of my Mint Sets to see if there is anything out of the ordinary. I came across this 94-D Quarter with a D mintmark that looks strange. Machine Doubling? RPM? It seems to be repeated three times instead of the usual two, which is why I thought maybe it isn't machine doubled. Whatcha think? Thanks. BTW, I plan on compiling a big What Is This? post in the future image just so I don't have to make a post everytime I see something I'm unsure about.

    Just machine doubling. Nothing more.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

What is the best way to tell the difference between a machine doubled mint mark and a RPM? I know the best way for numbers and most words on the coin is the obvious shelf-doubling that occurs with machine doubling, but RPM I'm unsure of.

To start, as with die doubling, there should be clear separation in RPM's regardless of how small.

If the doubling is connected via a shelf or even a non-shelf connection then it is more than likely machine doubling.

Getting down onto a coin with a microscope or even a dino-lite can reveal a lot to collectors and future attributor's but the basics should never change.

    There needs to be separation.
