I guess strike does not factor into the grade? Very weak strike there. Dont like that coin at all.

I believe that's an illusion with the toning and images. The bell lines are strong, but not FBL, you just can't see them from the images.

FBL are not the be all and end all of defining full strikes on Franklins. What good are FBL's when the obverse is mush and the lettering on the bell is faint at best.
