Is this a bad picture from Teletrade on this Maryland Quarter?

How come the cameo doesn't show up on the obverse of the Maryland coin.. Is the hue or something off when TT took the Pic? Or do we have a error coin.

It's obviously the lighting, due to the fact that PCGS graded the coin DCAM.
