Does PCGS keep track of coins that don't cross?

Does PCGS keep track of coins that don't cross on a crossover attempt by recording serial numbers (or some other way of keeping track)? Thanks in advance.

I doubt it. If they are gonna take your $$$ for future resubmissions for DNC coins then they owe it to you to give your coins a fair shake and not just keep the fee and reject your coins based on their being some list.

In 15 years I've never heard even the slightest hint of a suggestion that they keep track.
    When in doubt, don't.

It would seem possible for some unique or rare type coins to be annotated for future purpose, but for common widgets, I doubt it.
