I glance at the shipping area on the Paypal page once they pay.
Buyer asks how much to ship the graded wax to Canada. I have it at $3 US and guess an extra .50 should suffice. He hits the BIN on this $10 pack and pays with $2 shipping. I ask why did he lower it. He then asks how much. With his 96% fb I fear a 'item not received' could happen and start the process to back out. Unless it was a $ conversion error?
Had this happen few years back as well and I caught it. (U.S. Transaction)

Yep, your screwed, (Although your actual should still be under the amount you charged). Just do it and you'll be fine.
