Lasest sub just arrived today!! Very neat

I should've been on elephant tranquilizers waiting for this beauty to grade out. This was truly an exciting find...... a 1957 unopened cello pack

Did you purchase it raw or was it a crossover? When did you get it?

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
<< <i>WOW! Coming from someone that was a big unopened pack guy ... THAT IS AWESOME! Good Luck with that pack ... WHATEVER you decide to do with it!

I purchased it raw from someone on the East Coast. He had picked it up in the late 80s at a card show for $500. I'm not an expert at spotting resealed packs, but this one looked good so I rolled the dice.

<< <i>I HATE YOU!
Ditto (just kidding extremely jealous is more like it)
Forgot to add, everyone should take note of the "fold over the top" seal on the back, I believe Topps used this style for 1957, 58 and 59 cello packs although there are some legit 57 cellos with the side to side seals.
Current obsession, all things Topps 1969 - 1972

I concur.
Congrats !
Was there a tear in cello over Yogi?
Thanx for sharing - I like the way it looks in the holder.
