Anyone know what the rarity is on these?

Which variety? They're both tough to find.
There is the triple punched 77, and there is the double punched 77.

In the latest LSCC survey, there were 8 of the double punched 77 reported.
There were 5 of the triple punched 77 reported.
There are two triple punched 77 listed for sale presently on
Dick Osburn's website.
There was a double punched specimen that sold on Ebay just a short time ago.

So, from what I can see they are hard to come by but dont command that much of a premium (if at all) - at least from what I see on Osburn's site.
