I always considered "Low Mintage" 50,000 or less,

Considered "Very Low Mintage 5000 to 10,000

Extremely Low 1000- 5000...

20 Million Low Mintage...guess I need to get one now before their all gone....

What sellers say sometimes has to be taken with a grain of salt. Thats how much fact some sellers put in their listings.

Its inflation. Used to be those numbers were low, but I guess putting it in perspective anything under 50 million mintage is relatively low.

Since about WW2. (I'd guess) .

Mintages ramped way up from the 1920s to 1940s. Just look up in the Red Book.
