Is this Gold Coin Real?

I figure I should just consult the experts. I know this coin isn't rare, but all of the chinese coin posts have me scared.
So is this coin real, and as worn as it is, is it worth more than spot?
Thanks

It looks genuine to me. It's nothing special, tho. I'd look for
a certified copy, myself.. Probably not cost more than a few
bucks over melt, and you'd sleep better...
