How long does ebay take to take action on a complaint?

A seller has a GAI 8 65 Ford for sale. In both the title and the description he calls it a PSA 8. I sent an email to Ebay last night. I received the generic response, but the card is still listed.

There are a lot of raw Gretzky rookies that are on eBay which I reported this morning...I received the same generic email, but no action has been taken.
