my 8-year old daughter just sat down to breakfast and noticed the Sports page at the top of the stack while searching for the Comics, and that was her reaction.
so, it appears that the overkill has indeed spilled unceremoniously into the conciousness of our Nation's innocent youth.....i have encouraged her to become more proficient at understanding the meanings behind Pearls Before Swine and she asked me WTF proficient means.
i pointed back at the Sports page.
