Returning a card to Canada

What is the paypal approved way to return a card purchased from a Canadian seller? I assume to be fully covered, I need to request a signature, correct? What shipping method/service level have other people used to insure you can prove delivery?

    Express Mail International.

    IF you want to gamble that the seller is not a crook,
    you can do Priority but PayPal will not help you if it
    gets "lost."
