Well today is my 24th birthday (Im young) and its the first time I wont miss it in 4 years! Man its so good not to be deployed on this day anymore!
Until I get recalled for Afghanistan in 2010, I kinda figure i'll miss my 25th haha.
Well just throwing it out there, how happy I am to be home for this day.
Gym and night class, what better way to spend it!

We have a son who is at Westpoint . He goes on missions overseas often and is on a mission as we speak . As a parent , my heart longs everyday to at least hear from him but for long periods of time , silence and his memory is all I hold on to . During the holidays or on special days , its never a given that I will see or hear from him .
He has a very special job , that GOD has blessed him with the abilities to preform it . He , like you , has the heart and soul to serve and protect our country. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE>
