Anyone use these storage boxes?

Cheapest ones I can find on eBay for storing graded cards. I have a couple of the cases that Matt sells but really have no need to protect about 150 different 1983 Donruss PSA 10 commons.

Are they sturdy enough to stack without busting?

Yeah I've got toploaders in mine and they're pretty sturdy. Heavy when full, but pretty sturdy. I ran some clear tape around the corners just for added support.

And your total disregard for the feelings of your 1983 Donruss commons is hurtful.

I use them. Only have filled up 4 of them, but I imagine they could handle a stack of at least 3-4 with no problems.

  • Only concern is that I would need 9 boxes if I ever finish off the 83 D set. Then would need about 10 more for the rest of the registry sets I'm working on.

    What are your other options?
  • Other options are listening to my wife continually whining about graded cards in a dozen different places of our closet and bedroom. At least they would all be stored in purty boxes in one spot.

I stack mine on their sides. They are more stable that way.

I was just about to respond saying that these boxes are great but I wouldn't recommend stacking more than 2 high. Sideways is a great idea!

Well then I'd say $18.49 is a small price to pay.
  • I use them too.. I bought a case right from BCW... $1.88 for group of 25 right now... I usually make a purchase of supplies to get the free shipping...

I use these as well for storing graded cards as well as cards in Card Savers. Very sturdy boxes. Haven't tried stacking more than 2 high, but I wouldn't think that would be a problem.
