Depending upon how many megabites are in the original pic, setting it to 100x100 pixels may not compress it below 10KB. In such a case you will need to either go below 100X100 pixels or more likely, use an original pic with lower definition. At least that's how I understand it.

I resized mine at Photobucket.com It lets yo edit it in the same proportions, I just started by resizing it down 5 at a time and kept the same proprtions.

You also may have to change the type of jpg it is. If you post the pic here I can resize it and post it back using a program I use.
