I assume that no proofs issued in 2008 have failed to receive a DCAM or CAM designation.
How far back in time do you have to go to find a year where PCGS Pop reports show at least one coin of each of the five (or six depending in the year) denominations that have been graded "brilliant proof" (i.e. PF67)?
I suspect that by 1977 or 1978 all proofs shown on the PCGS Pop reports have a CAM or DCAM designation.
It would be a rare bird to see a 2008 proof set slabbed with all coins being graded brilliant proof only.
