How Much Will Light Wax Stain Drop Grade?

I have a 1966 OPC card that's NM-MT otherwise but has a very light wax stain on the reverse. I tried wiping it off but, as usual, it doesn't completely come out. It's not noticeable unless you hold the card at an angle upon which you can see the sheen of the wax remnants. Would this drop it to a 7 or lower?

I'm requesting no qualifiers on a larger order. Would it really downgrade by 2 grades?

Thanks. I used a sock. It works fine for stains on the front but on the reverse, the wax has adhered to the cardboard, so there's no removing it further without doing alterations which I wouldn't do, even if I knew the techniques. I usually don't submit cards with wax stains but thought I'd try it this time due to the special and the fact the OPC's are scarce.
<< <i>2 grades is about right. For a card that was originally in a 7ST holder, it came back as a 5 when I resubbed it and asked for no qualifiers (I can't stand qualifiers on a card). >>
Thanks for the feedback. Guess I'll pull it from the sub.
