Along with those already mentioned, there's Larry Briggs, a dealer from Ohio. He wrote the book on the Seated Quarters. Also, his co-author Harry Smith a California dealer. If you have any questions on the series, I suggest you join the Seated Coins Forum. This is a challenging series to collect. It has been historically undervalued, although that is changing.
Thank you for supplying the link to Bill Mackrides website. I have known Bill for several years (although we have never actually met in person), yet I did not know that he had a website. I have compared notes with Bill on Liberty Seated half dimes for years, and bought several nice half dimes from him, but was unaware that he had a website to sell his coins.
Of all of the many knowledgeable people that I have met in this wonderful hobby, perhaps no one has a greater knowledge base of the Liberty Seated denominations than Bill Mackrides. His knowledge of the half dimes alone is immense (he submitted the second largest collection of Liberty Seated half dimes in the 2005 LSCC half dime census survey), but he does not stop there. He attributes all of his own coins, of all denominations, and I have yet to catch him with a missed attribution. A nice guy, conservative grader, and accurate attributor. What more could you want. Thank you again for the link to Bill's website
They that can give up essential Liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither Liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin

I second this. Bill is a walking encycploedia of Seated varieties - all denominations. Attributes everything on the spot without needing a reference guide. Amazing.
Thanks for the link to Bill Mackrides website. He told me a while ago he was going to do this because Ebay was getting so bad for sellers, but he hadn't yet sent me a hyperlink to his site. Bill is a long time member of the Liberty Seated Collectors Club and he has extensive knowledge of Seated coins in all the series. The prices he has for his listed coins are fair.

Bill deserves more PR as you have pointed out. Lots of great coins, I encourage people to check it out.
