1989 Upper Deck Set case

I bought one of these several years ago and I was thinking about opening it up for grading. I havent busted a 1989 factory set ever and I was wondering if anyone has. How do the cards come out? Is the Griffey in the front and do I have a chance at getting a Gem Mint Griffey? I have about 30.00 in each set. If I pull 2 Gem Griffeys and a couple of Johnsons I think it might be ok to bust.
Any thoughts or experiences?

I opened 2 cases a few months back. The griffey is in the front and no you do not have a good chance of pulling a PSA 10 griffey. Not too many of them had dinged corners but alot of them bled from the white blank card in front of it. Most likely because the case was stored in a humid place. Yours might be different. I pulled 4 PSA 9 and 3 PSA 8.5...The rest weren't worth grading so i sold them as raw lots on eBay. The rest of the rookies had good chances at PSA 10 if the centering is right.
