Any value here?

I was helping my mom clean out her garage tonight and came across a few boxes full of my old baseball cards, Magic the Gathering cards, and comic books. I've been out of all of those scenes for the last 15-20 years and could use some help putting a value on what I've got.
Here's a list of what I've got in terms of baseball cards:
-unopened (in plastic) 1988 Score collector set
-unopened (in plastic) 1989 Score collector set
-unopened (in plastic) 1989 Topps complete set
-new, 1990 Topps "Traded" series set
-new in plastic box, 1987 Fleer "Limited Edition" set of 44 cards
-new in plastic box, 1989 Fleer "All Star Team" set of 12 cards
I also have a binder full of A's and Giants (I'm in the SF Bay Area) cards from '86 to '90 including a lot of Canseco, McGwire, and Clark cards with some of their rookie cards. Additionally, I've got a lot of the MVP, Rookie Prospect, All Star, etc cards from most of the guys playing back then.
Any idea as to value would be helpful as I plan on selling these ASAP if there's any value in them.
Thanks!
RJ

Late 1980s cards were massively overproduced, and now sell for less than they did when they came out.
You might as well hold on to them for another few decades if you don't need the space.

edit to add:
As for your star cards in the binder, check ebay for comparables is the best thing I can say. It really depends on what you have.
<< <i>Funny because all the baseball cards from that time frame are worthless but I was getting anywhere from $3-50 for unopened Magic boosters. Dual Land singles got some nice prices for me, up to $30 a card. >>
MTG has a global fan base that just seems to keep growing.
As an unrepentant nerd, I am not ashamed to say that I spent hundreds of hours with other nerds playing this game back in high school and college. Fun and addicting! I sold off my collection back in 2001 thinking that after 8 years it had jumped the shark. I was very wrong.

I bet I could have really liked MTG, but I've never played a single game. Because of that, I really don't know anything whatsoever about the cards or the game. If you've got a few minutes, I'd love it if you could answer some of my super basic questions...
Stupid questions:
1. Are the most expensive cards the most powerful, or simply the rarest?
2. Do people actually play the game with the really valuable cards?
3. Do people have some sort of "playable" deck, with lower condition or maybe some sort of facsimile card?
4. Are they still making new cards? If so, are they still popular?
5. How long did it take the first issues to gain substantial value?

Nerds!! Where?? I think he is talking about us. No way!!
As for the comics, they're mostly issues 0-3 of the various Image comics including Pitt, Youngblood, Wildcats, etc. All are Mint/NM with boards and sleeves. I've also got some early TMNT, Ren & Stimpy, and Superman.
