I have a Proof Gold Buffalo 1 oz. It will NOT grade at PF DCAM 70, is it worth sending in with a grading special? (I will intend on selling at some point down the road)

Probably not. After shipping and insurance costs are factored in, I think you'd do better selling it raw.

If you are sending it in with something else (as a tag along to another submission) and only paying the return shipping, I don't see the harm in it.

Edited to add: If this is a one ounce buffalo proof, its value is probably over the $1000.00 dollar limit of the special.
