Yes but given the size of the clip and the condition of the quarter, I'd give it a value of maybe a buck!

More of a nip than a clip, but cool find, nonetheless!

It's much more unusual than valuable.

It's surprising how massive errors can circulate now days. You can find even
bigger 19th century errors in heavily worn condition. Things like massive cuds
can be found today in low grade. Anything that isn't dramatic and will work in
a vending machine might circulate.
